Mylibreto is an innovative book discovery tool whose aim is to exponentially increase books diffusion through the Internet.
Books don’t travel well through the web and don’t rank in high positions in search engines as they are rarely shared on social networks and they can’t be embedded in other sites as, for example, videos are. Authors and publishers have little data about what is happening with their books as the on line shops are the real gatekeepers, since they have the useful data about what happens on line with every book. Every book can increase exponentially its diffusion in the Internet. But this needs time, knowledge, and being ready to invest a huge effort.
Mylibreto provides books with a digital native format that increases visibility and that makes them easily shareable, even embeddable the way videos are, thus saving lots of time on book marketing. It allows authors and publishers to market their books on the Internet and know the relevant data they need in order to make good decisions.
Need for users data analysis. The decreasing marketing budgets for book online promotion must be wisely invested and, therefore, many information are fundamental, as Internet users data such as where interested readers are coming from, to which community they belong (SciFi, mystery,..), how many visitors partner blogs really have and so on. Mylibreto has a wizard that helps authors and publishers to easily generate a libreto from any book. The wizard guides the users and helps them to include the right content, to choose keywords and strong descriptions in order to achieve a good SEO.
